Marveen's Beauty Expression

I came in wanting to go from dark brown to a light honey brown/blonde. I asked Marveen if she could do it, and she said yes. She mentioned it would be a process because of the color lift, but she also said it would be easier since I didn’t have box dye in my hair. She never mentioned that it would take multiple sessions until after the damage was done. During the appointment, the color started burning my scalp badly, and although she kept an eye on me, I was in a lot of pain. After 5–6 hours, the final result was a brassy yellow tone — not at all what I wanted. When I told her it looked yellow, she told me to buy purple shampoo and also said my scalp looked irritated, applying oil and suggesting I continue doing so at home.
