She’s so personable, professional, and makes every appointment comfortable from start to finish. Her waxing services are always precise and effective. Scheduling is easy and efficient and if I need to make modifications to my appointment date and time I never had any issues. On top of that, she uses amazing products that leave your skin feeling smooth and refreshed. You can tell she truly cares about quality and her clients’ experience. Highly recommend!

Valencia is an amazing owner and even better at waxing! She rescheduled my appointment efficiently via text when I missed, and was super accommodating. Her studio in Germantown/Mt Airy was clean, organized and comfy. There was plenty of parking. The wax was also super quick, well done and painless.
