Such a horrible experience. Initially went in for a filling. She finished and my nails looked horrible. I called and explained to the owner that there was bubbles on my nails and the polish looked cheap and uneven. She said to come back that they would fix it. Went back and they wanted to add another clear layer on top, as if that was gonna solve the issue. I said to change the color to black to make it easier for them since black doesn’t require a lot of layering. When she was done they charged me an additional 16 dollars!! When it was their mistake for leaving me with horrible nails and using cheap products. The worst part is my nails still looked horrible. It started to peel off once I got home that same day. She also cut me 3 times. When I pulled away from the pain she pulled back roug

Because they take to much time,I had my appointment at 4:00pm and I waited for 1/30 mins

Went to this place to do eyelashes with Carmen. On my way home I was already loosing them. Went back to get fix and Carmen literally glue my natural eyelashes to the fake ones with chunk pieces of glue. I lost a big amount of my natural ones because of the strong attach to the fake ones. Terrible experience. I have a lot of pictures from the first day until today that finally I cleaned the mess with profesional glue remover for eyes. She didn’t use gloves, no washing hands, no sterilization, 😢before me was my friend Karen and Carmen glued top and bottom of her eyelashes at one point. Oh Lord 😢
