If I could give 10/10 stars, I would! This is THE BEST dominican hair salon in Richmond! I love the staff!! They do such an amazing job! The staff are all so friendly, professional and talented! I'm very picky about my hair, and when I moved here from New York, It was a total nightmare trying to find a stylist that would take care of my hair..... I have been going to this salon for 4 years now and my hair is healthier than it's ever been. Currently I travel 40 minutes to get my hair done every 2 weeks and over the last 4 years I have never been disappointed!!

Dear Black Women, ‼️PLEASE DONT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS. Heard me out: We are their number 1 clients and they overcharge us based on our hair texture. The cheaper prices displayed are for invisible european customers that will never support them.….. I came in with my hair fully washed, conditioned and detangled. The lady (third or fourth chair I think, but she has a darker complexion and wears glasses) charged me $60.00 to blow dry my shoulder length hair. And I had to ask her to use heat protection because she was about to just fry my hair with no regard for the health of it. I can buy a dryer for $60.00. I came in and asked for a silk press and my hair was already washed multiple times prior, she still made me do a wash and blow dry mind you the wash and blow dry hurt really bad. my hair is still falling out and smelling burnt, the whole shop was filled with smoke just from my hair and my hair isn’t even pass my shoulders and i got it done two weeks ago…

I just moved to Richmond Virginia and was looking for a salon. I Stopped in on a friday morning to Martha salon on airport drive. To my surprise there were only a few ladies there. I ask for a wash and set. It took about and hour. When she washed my hair it amazing. Love the atmosphere very authentic and they are always playing the hottest latin music!

The lady in the 5th chair was the worst. She wanted to use a towel the chair was wiped with to put around my neck. Then gonna catch an attitude and say someone else can do your hair. No worries they sure can. That is the dirtiest thing you can do and gone have an attitude. Good luck you do better going to J&J. They are on the southside clean and very friendly no attitudes.
