The building itself is nice and well kept, but what really pushed me to write a review was the rude security lady we encountered on 1/20/26 at around 9 am, when first entering the building. If all you can do is shout “ELEVATORS 9TH FLOOR” repeatedly, and not answer a simple question, you might as well post a sign instead of having this lady because she was no help and downright disrespectful. She acted like it was such an inconvenience for anyone to enter the building or ask for help, we hadn’t even said a word to her and she was yelling at us! Thankfully, the security lady on the 9th floor at the German Consulate was nice, helpful, and patient, so I gave 2 stars instead of 1.

I went over there for fed ex and was struggling to find location but Fhamai named security guard was very helpful and friendly and did help me. He is very professional and hardworking. I hope his employer give him a raise or promotion.

Leaving a 3 stars for the security lady at the front desk on 3/11/25. She was very rude and had an attitude. The building itself is very nice and clean.

Nice building, however, I called security, thinking I had to call them to get in and was met with someone who was nice-nasty and not at all helpful. This was around 6:30pm Sunday during the Furry Con event. The question I had could have been answered in 5 minutes. I have no issues with people not knowing how to help me but cut the rudeness, please and thank you. At the end of the day, it is still a job no matter how annoying the public may be.
