Marquis One Tower

Pretty neat hotel, very big, a few conference rooms, very conveniently located to a number of attractions near by, you may have to walk a few blocks but very doable walk and pleasant. Their restaurant High Velocity is very cool, chill atmosphere with wonderful food and drinks. I will definitely stay here again. BTW get a city view room!!! The view is absolutely amazing at night!

This is a nice, quiet building connected to a decent food court. There is also a private area where you can eat and relax outside. Security is always there and checking the area or seated where you can see them. It helps to make me feel somewhat secure if anything actually happens.

Security Guard kicked my autistic sons out of the building (they were waiting for their appointment that was in this building) I'm glad that I came back from briefly checking in when I did-I found my children (peaceful teenagers who were only quietly sitting in the lobby) they were outside, afraid and confused-this has bothered me since thinking of the things that could have went wrong. I will be contacting higher level for child cruelty.

This place only has Valet parking which is $20 and to park across the street in a public parking lot is $15 for the day. But I was only there for about 30 minutes which is ridiculous parking fee for that. I wasn't sure how long I was going to be there so didn't want to pay for just a couple of hours and have my car towed away so had to pay for a whole day. They need to provide better parking rates or ever provide places to park for certain people who are there for the SSA

If you're going there, you can park across the street for $12 (most days) and walk to where you're going in 3 minutes, or take Marta to the Peachtree Center station for $2.75 and walk to where you're going in 5 minutes. If it's raining, you won't get wet on the way.
