I took my boyfriend on a Sunday as a walk in, for the past few months I have been bugging him to try a different barber shop and he finally gave in. Ricardo did a really good job and was fast with the service he provided. And most importantly, my boyfriend was happy about how his hair cut turned out.

I came here 3 years ago on a Sunday and had a bad experience. Decided to give the place another try because I was in the neighborhood. Came back on a Sunday which is very rare for a barber to be open on that day which is superb. Walked in no wait, and Marlo himself took care of me. Not knowing I had left a poor review the last time. He took exceptional care in my beard trim. Total different experience than last time. I expected to pay, and finally mentioned near the end how much I appreciated his time and effort and that last time I didn’t not leave as satisfied as I am now. Marlo waived my payment and set things right. And I am very pleased with how things were resolved. I will definitely be back to his establishment for future services.
