I just moved to Wisconsin from New York several weeks ago and have been slowly but surely finding the necessities of life in my newly adopted home base. Groceries, shopping, getting gas, restaurants, all the things one takes for granted. At my first visit to Mark's, I was made to feel so at home, just as if I was a treasured old customer. The haircut, especially for an older customer such as myself, was perfect, the friendliness of the staff (Ruth) was so fresh and.welcoming. I've found my new barber and will come back again and again.

Mark & Ruth are amazing! I moved to the area from another state about 18 months ago and have tried at least 8 different places to get a cut. Every single one has been just bad, but Mark's is great and did a fantastic job. I've had my cut from both Mark & Ruth and both were great to talk to, attentive and really listened. They truly care about their craft and this will be my place from now on.

Great place to get a haircut. The workers are friendly and they always cut my hair just like I want, no matter who does the work. There's a reason they've been in business so long and have received awards for the service they provide: They've earned their place in the community and keep earning it. The person who only gave one star because they were a walk-in clearly does not understand the concept of walk-ins coming after appointments. I've been a walk-in there a few times, but typically make an appointment so I can schedule when they can take care of things.
