Mark Pukmel Massage Therapy

Mark is a wonderful caring massage therapist and his lymphatic drainage massage is an absolute game changer in my recovery from a fractured leg and ankle surgery. The day after my first lymphatic drainage massage I was able to get a shoe on my injured foot for the first time in almost 3 months and 3 days later I was able to walk up stairs. It was the most healing massage I have ever had and helped with my whole body not just my injury. I find it improves my energy level, my attitude and sleep. The treatment is so relaxing and after each session I can feel my body getting stronger. My physical therapist is impressed at the difference it has made my recovery. Mark has truly helped me walk again.

I play for the Marist Men’s lacrosse team and was dealing with a bad hamstring pull from the season. I went to Mark just to try and loosen up my body as a whole to help with the recovery process. After a few weeks since my session, it is safe to say that he helped me a TON. My injury is subsiding and I truly believe it was because of the session I had with him. Mark Pukmel's lymph drainage therapy truly works. Even on the table, I could feel new energy developing as he slowly and skillfully stimulated my drainage pathways.
