Self care Saturday is a must for me and I had to find someplace while traveling to get my spa on. I read the reviews and decided to give it a try. My Brazilian wax was amazing, quick and painless! I swear it didn’t even take 20 mins! My pedicure was fast and easy and so relaxing with complimentary wine. It was definitely worth it. It will be the place I visit when in Rochester and in need of some self care.

Katie did such an amazing job today for my Brazilian. I had a really traumatic experience at European wax center and I was so nervous and she made me feel so comfortable, she was so fast, had great conversation and just really made me so comfortable getting Brazilians again. I am so happy that I found Katie and can’t wait to come back!! I also really appreciated the cash discount that Mark and ME provides.

I can’t say enough about how much I appreciate the amazing staff at Mark & M.E. Salon. From start to finish, they made me feel comfortable and cared for, whether it was my Brazilian wax, beard trim, or pedicure. Their professionalism, skill, and friendly energy made the whole experience enjoyable. I left feeling refreshed, confident, and grateful for the top-notch service they provided me. As a man I was worried about being judged but I haven’t been that comfortable in that sort of environment before. Definitely will be going back!

Mark and M.E. is the only place I will go for waxing! I have had multiple providers and each one has been wonderful. I recently had Julia who made the experience easy. She was professional and welcoming. Can't recommend enough.

This is my third time coming to Mark & M.E, and I have absolutely no complaints. I’ve been seeing Jade since the beginning, and she has been nothing short of amazing. I truly appreciate everything she’s done for me. The ambiance here is always welcoming, and the customer service is top-notch. Highly recommend!
