I recently visited the hair salon and had an excellent experience with Beatriz. Not only is she incredibly skilled in her craft, but she is also very gentle and detailed in her work. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and at ease. Beatriz took the time to understand my preferences and provided valuable suggestions to enhance my look. The service was exceptional and the final result exceeded my expectations. I left the salon feeling confident and beautiful. Face the mirror to avoid scissor happy cutting your hair. My hair was cut by the owner’s sister. My stylist is no longer cutting hair so I was looking for a new place. I explained to the woman several times, at least 7 that I was Letting my hair grow and just wanted a cleanup and not a hair styling hair cut. As soon as she turned the chair and I saw myself in the mirror I realized she got scissor happy. My hair on the left is now way shorter than right side and I don’t mean just 2 inches. Believe me I’ve had every style even shaved off but haven’t been this unhappy in a very long time. I

If I could give it a zero I would. I asked for one of the ladies to only cut my ends. Not only did she cut more than my ends she gave me a messed up V shape. Now I have to cut my hair shorter because she clearly had no clue what she was doing. Never going here again

This is the 4th time of heard of this salon being scissor happy but of course i would still try them out; It was 2018, i had shown them a picture of a balayage i wanted and she agreed to it. She tried to make me a platinum blonde in one treatment..... i admit, it looked okay but when i ran my fingers through my hair, i felt like i was running my fingers through a broomstick...
