They did a good job fixing my bf hair after he tried to dye it himself.

This place is for those who like to settle for less. This was my last minute option and wanted to give it a try.. i was given an early morning appointment because I had an event I needed to speak at. Gaby came 20+ min late, hair was basic and did not come out like I asked. Tried to charge me $50 for a service full of disrespectful comments after I told her I didn’t appreciate the lack of communication and dishonesty when I was supposed to see someone ELSE not her because I’ve had bad experiences with Gaby in the past. She asked weird questions , never apologized for coming late, plus the overall indifference and acting like she’s used to working with people who don’t respect each other’s time.. Unprofessional. Save your money they’re trash.

"I had a terrible experience at this salon. The staff only spoke Spanish and spent most of my appointment gossiping about me in a language I don’t understand, making me feel completely disrespected and uncomfortable. The haircut was absolutely horrible—nothing like what I asked for—and my hair was left damp. To top it off, I was charged more than usual. I am extremely disappointed and would not recommend this salon to anyone.
