I don’t even do reviews but for this reason I need to. I came into the shop for a butterfly hair shaping and left mortified by my hair. Marisa chopped off so much hair from the front and middle of hair to the point there’s only “layers” in the middle and front of my hair. The woman who washed and roller set my hair was very sweet. I immediately starting crying once I saw the outcome of my hair, which was so embarrassing and humiliating. I was told it was the curl but it was very obvious my hair was chopped up. My hair didn’t even look a tiny bit like the photo I showed. I was charges $40 for the service but nothing helps having my hair hacked off the way it was. I had to go to another salon Ana’s and the staff was mortified looks at my hair and what was done. It was so bad they could not e

I love it here. They are very responsible and nice . Have always treated my daughter and I with love and care. I am new and they have welcomed me in. Have about 2 years coming and they are amazing.

Best hair salon and professional stylists. Be coming for more than 12 years. Prices are reasonable and great products.

I recently visited this salon and unfortunately had a very uncomfortable experience. As someone from a different demographic than the owner and most of the clients, I immediately noticed the whispering, side glances, and quiet clambering as soon as I walked in. It felt like I was being judged the moment I entered — not exactly a welcoming or inclusive environment. A salon should be a place where anyone can feel relaxed and respected, regardless of background. That was not the case here. If you’re looking for professionalism, kindness, and a space that treats everyone equally, I suggest looking elsewhere.

I absolutely love and adore Marissa! I have been a loyal customer since she opened the business! My previous experiences were always horrible. I came to Marissa after I had a horrible experience where my hair did not grow for 2 years after I let the wrong person cut it. So when she moved into my neighborhood I gave her a shot! She is the only person I have allowed to touch my hair in 17 years! Thanks to her I feel confident with my hair. She has helped me maintain it healthy and growing! She has taken good care of me, my children and family for all events! Including my wedding she did an amazing job on my hair and make up! I wouldn’t trade her shop for the world and I think that meeting her was a true blessing for me! And the best part is she will always be honest!
