It was my first time coming in, and I honestly can say I will be back due to how welcoming and warm the staff was and not to mention how knowledgeable all the women were about hair care and hair cutting. I came in to touch up my pixie cut and left feeling beautiful and confident <3! They are cleanly, informed and well organized! The pricing is very fair as well. Lucy cut my hair. I told her short, but a little pass the shoulders, cause I don’t like when my hair flips out. She suggested to cut the back short and keep the front long, but since I don’t like the flip she said she’ll do layers. She had my back faced the mirror the entire time, so I couldn’t see what she was doing, cause if I could see then I would have said something. Also I asked her to thin out my hair with the thinning shears and she didn’t do what I asked her to do. She ended up doing her suggestion and not cutting them in layers. I showed her a picture of the length that I want and the waves that I want and she cut my hair a lot shorter than what I wanted and what the picture I had showed her. And when she curled my hair, she used a curl iron, but she mostly use a small round brus
