Mariposa Massage - Helena South Hills

I have been coming to Mariposa Massage for a few years now and all of my experiences have been good but my recent visit with Jennaia was phenomenal! Before my initial visit with her, I had been suffering for about 9 months with some localized tingling/ numbness in my right shoulder blade area. I had seen the chiropractor for a few months, thinking something was pinched. I had dry needling done, hoping that would help. I met with a physical therapist and personal trainer thinking my muscles were weak and needing strength. My symptoms weren’t getting any better but they weren’t getting any worse either… Until my appointment with Jennaia. She took the time at the beginning of the appointment to listen to all the things I have tried and asked plenty of questions to understand what I was dealin

I’m not someone who ever leaves negative reviews, but after sitting with this experience for a while, I felt like it was important to share...especially for anyone with a chronic condition who might find themselves in a similar situation. I had been going to Mariposa for months and always had amazing massages with Anna and Jillian. But when I had a last-minute cancellation and was rebooked with the owner, Barbara, my experience was completely different. Instead of a relaxing massage, I spent an hour being sold on LifeVantage products while she worked. I have several serious medical conditions and have spent a lot of time and energy exploring alternative medicine, supplements, and holistic treatments. To have someone use that vulnerable position as an opportunity to push an MLM-style sales

Mariposa is wonderful! All the providers are incredible & services are always very relaxing. Nikki is amazing!

I find it very funny that if a customer cancels an appointment within 12 hours of it the customer has to pay 50 dollars, but when the company cancels 6 hours before your appointment they dont have to compensate the customer. What a joke.

don’t bother scheduling at this location. i was scheduled on monday, and they called to cancel my appointment last minute. rescheduled my appointment for a friday without my consent. i tried calling twice this week to cancel in general. no one will pick up the phone!!! i get a call today, last minute (an hour before the appointment was to start) to say she’s going to cancel again!! this business is extremely unprofessional and should consider just merging with the main location. DO NOT BOTHER. they will just string you along.
