I was desperately looking for a massage, happened to be driving by and walked in to ask if they had any walking availability for a full body massage. I has the BEST massage ever. Wendy(not sure if this how you spell her name) has angel hands! I walked out of there so relaxed. I had terrible foot pain and even helped with that! They gained a new regular.

If you want effective affordable massage this is the place. No frills or extras, not much communication, but all my knots are gone.

This new spa opened less than 2 months ago and is conveniently located in downtown San Rafael across from a parking lot (that's free after 18:00!). The facility is calming, quiet, and clean. I came for a full-body massage and left feeling more relaxed. They ask you to mark areas to focus on/avoid beforehand. I think this is the first place I've been to where the full-body massage includes a facial massage (having my earlobes massage was strangely nice) and hot stones. The hot stones were a first for me, and I liked how soothing the heat was after they cooled down a bit. (Definitely tell your masseuse if it's too hot for you because they really are hot!)
