Maribel really understood the assignment. I’ve been going thru a hair journey of growing out my tapered cut since March 2024. In December Maribel made a hairstyle/cut out of my new growth. In January I went back to remove 8 years of black hair dye and I left her salon with healthy brown hair with blonde money pieces and my hair is so soft and healthy. NO DAMAGE which was my biggest fear since I’m going out my hair. I’m already booked for February!!!! She is very skilled, and up to date with all the latest trends!

In my 20s and 30s she was the reason people stopped me in place not to mention my soul was complete. Life took a toll on me when I had my son and made it about him. I’ve been so empty, and haven’t been the same after losing her for about 15 years … I found my goddess again and I’m now glowing and back to feeling complete in my 50s. She was my stylist for 15 years never had a problem with her until now. I gave her my request of what I wanted with minor adjustments. The turn out was absolutely not what I requested and even showed her a picture of me of her previous work . I informed Maribel that I was unhappy and in satisfied with my results and took my chair confidentiality and blamed my mental health for not liking my results. She was extremely rude and unprofessional went back in forth through text not at once talking fault. I received 3 professional advice to not touch my hair because it’s brittle and sensitive. But to go back to her to fix it or get my money back. I have tried to reason with her but she mentioned so many things as to why it was my fault that my hair was damaged. Best hairstyle in Philadelphia!! The service that you get from Maribel is very professional and best in what she does!! The atmosphere in her salon is amazing and relaxing!! When it comes to getting my hair cut or getting it colored and or highlighted, I don't trust anyone else with my hair. She definitely does AMAZING work! If you are looking for a new look or a complete makeover. Maribel is your girl!!
