DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE! HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! I got a perm here first the lady said when she consulted me was $160 then when they billed me it’s $180. My hair turned so frizzy, no curls not even a single curl! My hair is fried and no curls at all! It became more frizzy! Literally it looks so horrible. And the ends of my hair is all tangled up. I need refund.

I just went to get a V cut the lady was nice gave me tips on why u should get your hair cut and stuff it was nice, I would appreciate them to keep a clean environment and also clean their utensils because who knows what kind of head they just did. But the environment is not that clean. By the total for that V cut was around 100 bucks totally never going there ever again to expensive!

I don’t speak Spanish so from the beginning the communication wasn’t there . Shampoo lady did a good job even offered a deep condition. I originally went for just a blow out but then decided to get a little trim with some layers, stylist ended up cutting 4-5 inches off my length and then more with the layers after I said a little. She didn’t even show me how much she was going to cut off . During the blow out session she burned my scalp and pulled ALOT . I am a hairstylist myself so I know how things work . I have fine to medium textured hair so it doesnt take a lot for it to be smooth and she kept going over my hair with a curling iron, I could start to smell the heat coming off my hair . Overall the cut is not bad looking just upset that more was cut off then I wanted to be

Staff are awesome. The hairstylist did an amazing job and will communicate with the clients to get the hair styles they are looking for. That's not only that, she will give you honest feedback.

I went to get a wash And roller set on my hair And had a great experience. I brought my daughter who has way more hair than me And they couldn’t handle it. She did my hair perfect so bc she had a lot of hair I think they just were busy and didn’t want to deal with it. This isnt to bash the business . They were professional and attentive. But if you have thick natural hair I would go elsewhere. It’s Tough finding salons on Long Island that do natural hair but Not everyone can handle all textures. I think that was the only issue here. I would come here again for myself no problem.
