Maria's Waxing and Sugaring Studios

I've been a long-term customer of Marias, and some things still don't change for the better. Within the past 6 months of trying to get an appointment for a Brazilian or any type of full body service, my appointments are constantly being rescheduled and moved due to the inconvenience of her, whether it's a day she doesn't feel like coming in or she ran 30 minutes over with another client, resulting in me having to go to another esthetician or another location to be serviced. If the owner of a business can not handle the schedule they made for themselves, a suggestion would be to have a fully trained staff with good customer service, and not this in-and-out chop shop where the employees are never there for longer than 6-8 months.

My experience over the past several months with Maria has been amazing! From the time I walk in the door, until the time I pay and exit! I feel my money is worth the full experience. She is an amazing person and excellent communicator. I had the pleasure to receive a wax from Aileen! Aileen was awesome and fast! Glad to have her and would recommend both to anyone!

Marias waxing studio is not up to the standards of a classy and sophisticated esthablishement, through out my vists there, Maria was never on time to my appointments making me have to push back my entire schedule for the day due to her lack of time management.
