If I could give her 0 stars I would. As someone who has been getting braids for over 6 years this was by far the worst experience. For knotless braids she was braiding extremely tight and I asked her not too and she replied with my “hair is soft so it’s necessary” so not true. Also I asked for small knotless braids she gave me small boneless braids with LARGE parts. It looks terrible. I expressed my concerns to her and asked for a partial refund she ignored me. 0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

I asked for Thick braids braided up. She complained about my hairtexture saying my hair was so thick but said she could still do my hair. Mariam did these little ohh braids that were a complete waste of money for them to only last a week have all different size twisted braids in my head and she charged me full price for a style she wanted to do. I already took my hair out and will not be going back for a full price style that I did not request I showed pictures of the style so she knew what I wanted and didn't care

She took a RAZOR blade to take out my elastics in my braids. She cut an entire braid out and I had to shave my hair after I had a bald spot. She did not care and had a man come through to try and calm me down/ escort me out. I cant believe this place still exists.

Do not get your hair done here! I showed Mariama a picture of what I wanted and she said she could do it and we agreed on a price of $200. When I arrived for my appointment she immediately upped the price to $220. I said ok. She started braiding my hair and I told her the braids were much bigger than the picture I showed her. She started arguing with me and threatened to remove the braids she had done. She went on to tell me she could not do knotless because my hair is too short in the front. I trusted her as a professional and we continued. She then commences to talk about me in French, NOT KNOWING I UNDERSTOOD HER. She said I had no hair and I had no money, that everyone would be talking about the braids she did, bla bla bla. I again let this slide. Finally when we got to the end of the

Ive been coming here for 10 years now. The service here is exceptional , safe an kind environment! My hair has complimented across this country thanks to this amazing woman ! I highly recommend This location to everyone reading this comment
