I would like to express my dissatisfaction with the service. I had a simple gel manicure, without acrylic, and was charged $90, the same price they charge for nail extensions, which I found excessive. In addition, the work was not done properly, as one nail was left longer than the other. I expected a better result for the price paid. I do not recommend this place.

This establishment did not meet basic hygiene or service standards. The environment was unclean, and I experienced unprofessional behavior from a young staff member who repeatedly attempted to upsell services, adding $10-$15 for extras like color and scrubs. It was evident that she lacked proper training and expertise. The tools used during my visit were not sanitized, and the staff used dirty nail clippers, which resulted in severe injury. My toenail was improperly cut, causing it to tear into my skin. This left me unable to walk for two months, significantly impacting my ability to work. Even a month later, my toe was still swollen and red. I had to seek medical attention, requiring antibiotics on three occasions and even a shot to address the infection caused by this incident.

I would not go there ever again. I should have read the review before doing my nails there. The lady made one nail shorter than the other ones and on top of that she cut me . The chairs do not even work for messages and everything is out of date. The fact that I gave it a second chance I shouldn’t never went. The pictures say it all.

This place is TERRIBLE. I got a mani pedi and both got infected. My entire finger is swollen and has to get drained because of this.The side of my toe is green and oozing from them digging on the side of my nail. If I could give them 0 stars I would. On top of all of that the staff isn’t friendly they just stare and give nasty looks the entire time and don’t say a word. I never write reviews but this place deserved one. For your best interest don’t go here even if the price is decent.

For starters, I just left this place. Horrible customer service. Lady did my nails gel manicure $30. I gave her my card, 1. She didn’t ask me if it was debit or credit so she ran my card twice and it did not go through. THEN she asks me if it’s a credit or debit. I tell her debit and that I have money in my card about $50 (I didn’t give the exact amount since it’s not their business) I had over $70 in my account if I’m being honest. So she asks for my pin and it doesn’t go through. I found it weird so she informed me that if I do it again it will be “canceled” like any other human being, hearing canceled just means your card won’t go through NOT that it will get charged. So it finally went through just for me to find out that they took out $32 The TWO times I put in my pin. She knew this w
