Amazing work, Arlene is super nice, she made my eyebrows threading and also made them my mom’s eyebrows , both of us we got stunning with the result. Really good attention and beautiful environment. Super recommend

I went in for a lash lift. I had an appointment and was not attended for 30 minutes. The the appointment took two hours which is double the allotted time. Then my eyelashes were not curled at all I reach out to claim the service I requested was not fulfilled. I was getting my lashes done for my birthday which I was going out of town for. All they kept insisting was to come back when I couldn’t. I don’t even live in Miami full-time, so even after my planned trip I wouldn’t be back for months. I kept insisting for a refund, just for them ghost me. Zero out of ten experience and communication. Do not recommend. Waste of my time and money.

The staff took the initiative to reschedule my appointment time 5 times (in one day) and then proceeded to give me an attitude when I communicated that this was an inconvenience to my schedule. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL staff. I would not recommend their services. The fact that they conduct business this way shows complete unprofessionalism and a lack of courtesy or understanding for their clients appointment times.

Mardanha’s is by far the best location for eyelashes I have been to. The place is clean, appealing and the service is exceptional. From the moment you walk in you are greeted. The process usually is long depending on the look you want but the entire time you are comfortable and zen. I fell asleep! The end result was amazing. I am in love with my lashes as well as everyone who sees them! I will be back to Mardanha’s!!!!! Note: my artist was Kimberly but they all do an amazing job!
