I scheduled an appointment with Ms. Loretta for a silk press. I was very displeased with the service. What upset me the most was that I did not receive the style I asked for, however, I did receive a haircut that I did not ask for. I did agree to her trimming less than an inch of my hair, but instead she cut several inches. When I expressed my displeasure and refused to let her continue, she actually raised her voice to me sit back down and let her finish. When I refused and asked her to let me pay so I could leave, she tells me she doesn't accept credit or debit, even though a sign in the lobby says it is accepted.
