Maple Nails & Spa

I have been coming here for almost 2 years now. I have been to almost every salon in the mt airy/ Surry area. Andy always takes his time and does a stellar job! My biggest compliment is how great my acrylics stay on since I’ve been coming here. The life of a set from previous salons was about 3 weeks with some breaks. But from here, my most recent set lasted me 6 weeks with all the acrylics in place! That’s not my normal, but due to being sick and having a busy schedule I didn’t have time to come in. But I was so impressed with how well they stayed on! Don’t plan on this being a quick “in and out” trip they take their time and give you quality with their nails. I recommend this place every time someone compliments my nails, which is often!

They are very nice here, I have no complaints except for i asked for SOLAR nails, and I did not receive solar nails. Rather than doing my French tips the solar way, they just painted on my French tips. That's not the way solar nails are done. Not happy at all.

I've been to quite a few different nail salons across Mount airy and happened across this little nail salon in Dobson that stays open later than almost anywhere else. I could not be happier that I wound up at this salon. The entire time that I'm there I am smiling, all of the individuals who work there are wonderful, and Miss Tamy does the best job on my cute little designs for every season and holiday.

Went and got SNS nails. The guy seemed annoyed from the start, wasn't happy I didn't want a tip on my nails even after saying I couldn't have them for work. Got charged for a full manicure even tho he didn't clean under my nails or trim around them or cuticles nothing. Started right on the nail polish. Left a lot of clear coat on my fingers and when I asked him if we could remove the clear coat from my fingers he said "no it will come off in a few days". My mom and sisters and daughter all seemed happy with their experience but they had different nail techs. Really unhappy with my experience and I will not be going back

Wonderful place, great people. I always have a special request on how to do my nails and they always get it right on point! Whenever I have an appointment I never have to wait. The owner and his wife are very pleasant.. They usually both take care of me, he does my nails and she does my design. They both do a magnificent job and I highly recommend. I wouldn't go any other place near Mount Airy or Dobson. I had a horrible experience in Mount Airy. The lady actually pried my fingernails off with a tool without soaking them at all. Never at Maple Nails, they rock!! If there was higher than a five-star I would give it to them..
