Service was great, they know what they’re doing and staff was very kinda and welcoming, aslong as you know what you what they’ll do amazing!!!! I have curly hair, I asked for layers and a low taper, both turned out great.

The customer service was great, but gotta be honest they gotta perfect their skills for all demographics. I got a shampoo & blow dry, my hair was still puffy at the roots as opposed to my normal Dominican salon.. also the water kept going cold during my shampoo :/ Joana is great though!

I needed a last minute color correction before a big event. I was able to get in the next day. Manuel did not disappoint! Not only did he fix someone else’s mistake but he made my hair look so beautiful and soft and natural. He knew exactly what to do! I’ll definitely be coming back! ❤️❤️❤️

I have mixed feelings about this place. It is a nice place and the people were friendly. The lady that cut my hair was very diligent and gentle. But, as someone who doesn't know much Spanish I was assigned to a stylist who didn't speak much English. So there was not a convenient way for her to ask or for me to request a little more off the top or trim my sideburns a little more, etc. I might give them another try, but if you are fluent in Spanish you will probably do better than I did.

I made a same day appointment for a basic length trimming, no fancy styling or anything needed. I told the stylist what I wanted and she had no problem giving me the exact no frills haircut I wanted, perfect length and everything. She double checked the length with me a couple times and was quick, clean, and efficient. The pricing was more than fair and I will definitely go back for any more hair needs.
