The owner is amazing, understanding, hardworking and provides outstanding customer service. I have gone there 2x and will continue to go to her shop. With her humble attitude and good customer service she will remain in business for years to come!!!

This is by far the best service I had in downtown Paterson. I hate people in my hair but she made my first experience a forgetful one I keep coming back. She is on time, treated me with respect. Her kids are awesome. Would recommend if you want quality and speed.

Great place! I never been, called and asked to be squeezed in very last minute and they were extremely accommodating. Only reason I took a star away is because I asked for triangle parts, only to see the finished product to be boxed. I got Senegalese twists large in ombre 1b/36 (orange-ish). I wish there were mirrors available while youre in the chair otherwise I would have caught the boxed vs triangular parts early on and not at the end when it was all done. i am certain she would have quickly changed course; i just wasnt paying attention myself. It also wasnt the worse thing, since her work was beautiful and parts were straight. The place was nice, clean, quick working and friendly overall! I'll be back for sure, and I'll be clearer on my vision because she will make it happen!

The braids came out nice tbh but I told the women I didn’t want my braids to be too tight and she does the total opposite of what I told her. She made my braids so tight to the point that my head was throbbing. I even told her it was too tight for me and she just starts laughing like I was joking. Listen better to your customer when they tell you the braids are too tight instead of taking it as a joke. This will be the first and last time I ever come here. Don’t recommend if you wanna leave her store with a throbbing head and hella headaches. Never again!
