went in for a deep conditioning treatment and to get my hair straightened and trimmed. it’s been two or so mo the after and my hair is permanently straight. I went to my usual stylist who confirmed that a keratin treatment had been used on my hair. deeply saddened by this as this was definitely not something I had wanted.

$185 for hair cut and blowdry😡 Hope she gets rich by others cause I'll never go back there. Nice lady, nice music but HELLO... I went there cause my stylish was on vacation and this place was close to my house. I didn't now she was gonna rober me.
