Just moved here from another city a couple days first hair store I visited and I am very pleased. Great selection of hair and hair products. Bought a wig and absolutely love it. Great customer service. I forgot the young lady name who rang me up (I’m so sorry) but she was so kind and welcoming.

I love this beauty supply store DOWN! They have the cutest 2-piece sets and great bundle deals. My favorite part is that they’re always running new deals through their Instagram story! They’re super active and you can always get in touch with someone through DMs. Definitely one of my go-to beauty supply spots! My FAV!!

Buyer Be Warned!!! I am posting this because the15% discount written on the box at checkout was not honored during checkout. I doubt they missed it because when I asked about it when they originally rang the wig priced at $299.99 up at $318. I think the worker tried to slide in the sales tax early at 6.5%. That would have made it $318.45. They canceled that and instead charged me the box price $299.99. I had other items so I'm not sure I would have noticed if I wasn't paying attention. I will not be returning to this store and I definitely will not be recommending this store to friends or anyone who cares about their hard earned money. Do better Manhattan!

I absolutely adore this hair store. They always have the most trendy styles and best hair products. Every thing is organized and easy to find and the staff are very attentive and educated about products and hair care. I visit them regularly.

I always go to this beauty supply store, great customer service. Today I went in and was looking for colored hair ( I have always done 1B ) due to the military and AJ assisted me in deciding what I wanted. Took time to explain the quality of hair, what to look for, length and color recommendations- just went above and beyond to help me make a decision I would be happy with. Really good experience. 10/10 recommend !
