Main Street salon is the best! I went for the first time and their customer service was Top notch! The owner has an amazing crew!! I plan on going back time and time again! 😁 Also, And completely unrelated, but I had recently locked myself out of my house, no phone, and no car keys, no nothing. The sun was very angry that day and it was hot hot hot.. I walked over to Main Street salon and they were quick to say what’s up and they let me use the phone!!! Great company, amazing service, check them out!!!!

I had there smoothing treatment done and my hair colored by Larson and it was such an enjoyable time. He was very nice and talked to me about how he does things so i understood and how to maintain my hair so i can have the salon look everyday. I have also had a pedicure it was so relaxing and soothing. I was very pleased with how my hair turned out for my new look! I would recommend it to everyone!

I booked my first appointment as a new client with Lora. When I arrived at the salon, I found out the salon had changed stylists on me and Naomi was going to be cutting my hair. Bugged me that they had changed it and no one had called to see if that was okay, but went ahead with the change. My hair was absolutely butchered and was only one inch long. I wanted a pixie but this cut was like a man's. I called the owner and she said she wanted me to be happy and was willing to cut and color my hair at no charge. I waited 7 weeks so that my hair could grow out. Went in for my appointment today and they had changed the stylist again back to Naomi. Again with no notice. I will never go when this is evidently their practice. Beware if you are a new client! I will find a salon with more

Every experience I have at Phazes is great! The employees are always super helpful and friendly. They really go above and beyond to make everything run smooth. They offer a variety of products and services, my favorite being the Pureology that they offer. My hair has never been so healthy! I HIGHLY recommend this outstanding, dependable, good vibe-d Salon!

UPDATE: I received a call back from the owner extremely quickly and she was so incredibly nice and understanding. She agreed to give me a full refund and promised to have some conversations about this situation with her staff. She wanted to make sure I knew that this was not a typical experience (I used to go to this salon all the time and had always had great experiences up until this point) and that she wants to make sure I feel like I can come back. I changed my review from 1 star to 3 stars. This used to be a nice salon. Their entire staff quit and I left before the only girl who works there (who's brand new) could finish my cut because she was hacking my hair off in uneven chunks, was nearly sitting on the floor to cut the bottom of my hair instead of just raising the chair (w
