never coming again terrible waste of my money. this girl rachel did my eyebrows. terrible. she’s was very very inexperienced and from getting them done from past people you could definitely tell. it felt like she did not know what she was doing at all and she clearly didn’t. she didn’t even shape them and she barely took off what was needed. i would’ve rather done my own at home than spend my money on her. they look worse than what i came in with. do not let her do your eyebrows you will waste your money

Set an appointment for 1 was called not even 15 minutes before the appointment and was told my stylist, Maxine i believe, would be 45 minutes late. We asked the man who called to inform us if the stylist would be able to finished with a cut and wax before a vet appointment we had later(340), ensured us it would not be a problem. 15 minutes before the rescheduled time we got another call and where told that if we wanted a shampoo and dry she wouldn't be able to service us. 100% unprofessional lost my service before i even stepped through the door

Never ever again! My daughter and I came in at 5:00 didn’t get talked to until 5:20. “Person” looked at my daughter with discussed look in her face. Ask my daughter what colors she wanted By 5:30 my daughter was asked to go sit in the seat still not even being seen. The person then was telling my daughter she can’t achieve the two colors that she wants. And she blamed her staff for not asking questions better. She then told my daughter that they would have to bleach her hair and it would cost more money than what we were quoted for. She made my daughter feel very uncomfortable. She then told my daughter that she didn’t want to do her hair and have it be something that she didn’t want. So basically being told to leave Because this “person” said that cannot achieve the colors my daughter

Never again! I made an appointment with one of the friendly stylists and when I arrived was told she wasn’t working that day. No problem but strange since it was made for a specific stylists. Instead it was one of the owners so I figured even better. I brought in a pic of what I was looking to get done. Simple color and cut. She said no problem. I walked out with a cut and color that looked nothing like the pic. It very much seemed as though she purposely made it not look like my request. I’ve never had that happen anywhere even when it was a little off. It never felt intentional like this did. It’s hair. It grows back but I will never go back.

I have never had a better experience at a salon, this place is like a girl's dream! I had the pleasure of getting worked by Diane and her skill level is amazing! I've never been happier. Thank you so much and thanks for fitting me in on a busy day. I don't ever want to go anywhere else!!
