Third time this has happened. I made an appointment and arrived a few minutes early for the appointment. Someone says hello and then nothing. Twenty to thirty minutes later, well after my appointment time, someone finally checks to see why I'm there. If you want your hair done when you planned on it being done, go somewhere else!
