I started going to this salon shortly after starting my Loc journey in 2022. Shannon has done an amazing job.. my hair has remained healthy and strong. The service is always pleasant and I’d recommend this salon to anyone that wants to start or maintain their locs.

I've been getting my hair done here for about 3 or 4 years. I always have a great experience with open arms and warm welcome. My stylist gives a professional demeanor an attitude. The impressive acumen and quick decisions led to my continuous appointments here. My stylist is quite understanding, fair with prices, offers excellent expertise with her "growing hands". She is very recommended if you'd want the best for yourself, children, family, friends, colleagues etc. Send them her way! Always a great! Experience when I go to get my hair done. Very FAIR prices for the amount of work that they do. In Gardner this is the only place that really takes care of all kinds of hairstyles. From locs to braids and everything in between. They are very knowledgeable so if you know nothing going on you will have an understanding of how to take care of your hair. They are very welcoming and it’s a breathe of fresh air.

Recently, my husband accompanied me to my hair appointment. Even though he was there the entire time, when Shannon finished ,and I turned around, he said, "You look beautiful!" It was totally unsolicited and with great enthusiasm! Since then, I've received many compliments from friends, family, and even several total strangers. What a great feeling knowing that every day is a good hair day!

My whole experience at the Mane Purpose was amazing! The salon was beautiful, relaxing and clean. My braider did a wonderful job on my braids and I absolutely LOVE my hair.
