After visiting numerous hair salons in State College in my quest for white hair, I can confidently say that no one else has achieved the level of whiteness that Shirl has. I spent thousands of dollars over the years seeing hair color corrective specialists before discovering this salon. I was trying to reach what I thought was an impossible goal. When I first met Shirl, she was not only very kind and welcoming but also genuinely listened to my requests. Her knowledge and expertise were evident, and she suggested an approach that no other stylist had considered. She was able to give me white hair with no yellow tones, and it has never felt healthier.
