DO NOT SEE AMANDA TANNER. I came in with the brown hair photo, left with the sickly green and uneven photo, and her “fix” was the following two photos. She refused to refund the $280 I paid and has ignored any attempts at communication. She didn’t do a consult, didn’t do any test strands, didn’t offer multiple lift sessions (despite my saying I understood if it was needed) and “fixed” my hair by just slapping more color on top of it.

Christie always does a good job. She cut a good 6 to 8 inches and properly layered it. Will be back in a few weeks to color.

During the cool season I visit hairstylist Shellyann for the silk press service on a bi-weekly basis. She is very informative about hair and gives great advice. Her customer skills are top notch. My teenage son, mom, and sister also visit her for their hair needs. I have had nothing but good experiences at this establishment!

I had a very rushed and the opposite of a relaxing hair appointment with Maral. Maral aggressively ripped her brush and comb through my hair, the whole time she was brushing. You could hear my hair breaking as she did it. She scratched my ears, neck, forehead, and my Tom Ford glasses (that she said I didn't need to remove yet). I left with red, sore scratches all over me. She was rushing through the whole appointment, she only washed my hair with shampoo and scrubbed for a out 10 sec. When I got home, I noticed a bunch of hair (about an inch thick) was at least 4 inches longer then all the rest of my hair, I had to cut it.

Yvonne is the best!!! Professional and the kindest most sincere person always. She is at the top of her game. Is aware of the latest and greatest hair trends & color techniques. Although also very keen and sensitive to concerns when I come in with hair issues. Appreciate it!
