What I appreciate most about Mandy as my massage therapist is the "whole body" approach she takes. She asks about how I've been feeling and if there are any particular places where I have felt discomfort and pain and incorporates my information throughout the entire session. She also creates such a calming, safe, relaxing environment in her space. I not only feel better physically after an appointment, but emotionally as well.

Mandy is hands down one of the best LMT's I've ever had the pleasure to work with. Her expertise and care shines, no matter what issue I go to her for. Ive worked with Mandy since 2014 and working with her has been instrumental in my physical, spiritual, and energetic health.
