I had a deep facial with Mercedes, and I want to start by saying she is clearly very knowledgeable and did a good job with the actual cleaning. My skin felt fine afterward. However, the overall experience was a bit frustrating for a first visit. I felt there was a lot of pressure to purchase extra add-on services and products for an additional cost when I was just looking for a standard treatment. It felt more like a sales pitch than a relaxing service. Additionally, I was told a tip was mandatory, which I found unnecessary as tipping should be at the customer's discretion. Overall, the work was okay, but the upselling and tipping policy made me uncomfortable enough that I likely won't be returning.

I recently had the most incredible facial experience with Mercedes, and it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, her warm and welcoming demeanor instantly put me at ease. Mercedes's expertise was evident as she conducted a thorough skin analysis, selecting the perfect products tailored to my specific skin type and concerns. Mercedes also provided personalized skincare tips and recommendations, ensuring that I could maintain the benefits at home. After the session, my skin looked visibly brighter and felt incredibly smooth and hydrated. This facial was a truly an experience, and I can't recommend Mercedes highly enough for anyone seeking a facial treatment.

No good service! The nails, the waxing, my brows etc… horrible, I spend $600 for membership is a scam don’t get it, don’t go to that place

I did my hair highlights from here and my experience with Mercedes was amazing. She chose the right color for my hair considering my Indian skin tone and the customer service was excellent. The place is hygienic and sanitized before the procedure. The price is reasonable too. I definitely recommend this place.

Went in for an acne facial and left feeling re energized and relaxed. The salon was empty when I came in, very clean. Mercedes led me to the back room for the facial and analyzed my face and was very insightful and seemed to know her stuff. The facial was very relaxing, I ended up falling asleep and funny enough she extended the time of the facial to let me sleep longer. Overall the whole experience for what I paid for ( groupon price $55) totally worth it and much needed.
