Ive been with the owner of this salon for 15 years - from Long Island to Brooklyn! She takes good care of your hair and gives great advice for home care in between visits. She will not overheat, overprocess or cut too much! The softness of your hair after a visit will last two weeks! Quality service! The other ladies in the shop are the same!

So, after paying $67 for a wash &set, deep conditioner (which I did not receive) & blowout with pincurls on Saturday, June 1st as requested by Daisy instead another stylist with blonde hair did my hair she washed it good but did not apply a deep conditioner as I asked & always get and when I told her that in English she speaks in Spanish to Daisy who tells her to put in a leave-in which she barely applied to some of my hair that wasn't in rollers after applying a honey ginger lotion she did not apply any humectant b4 blow drying which u could see from the front roller and over blow dried my hair that didn't even last 1 week and they usually last me 4 to 8 weeks as I went back to the salon twice to show Daisy who wasn't there the first time so when I went back 5-6 days later I spoke with

I stopped in on a Sunday because my regular salon was crowded and they weren't. I'd been a few times pre-pandemic, with no complaints, so I didn't think there would be a problem. 1st red flag...They make you pay before you receive any service. I paid the guy at the register $35 for what I thought was a wash, set, & blow only roots. Turns out, that was only for the wash & set even though I told him what I wanted & wrote it in the book. The young lady that did my hair argued with the guy (in Spanish) the whole time I was there because she felt he under charged me. She kept telling him she wasn't blowing my hair. Great place to get your wig set straight. Daysi has been doing my hair for the past 18 years and people always love the end results. Anyone who I've recommend here are always satisfied 😉
