Everything about this shop is TOP TIER!! It’s the cleanest braiding shop I have ever been to. The owner’s customer service is unmatched, when she greets you, you will think she has known you for years. The braiders ask for pictures and when you show them what style you want, I can guarantee you, you will get just that. It does not smell like any other braiding shops on the east side, IYKYK Exactly what I mean. They have fresh snacks and unlimited beverages. Whether it’s 8am or 3pm, they have braiders to work you in and they are all experienced and great braiders. There are 13 braiding stations and at times every station is filled and every client will leave satisfied. I went here for the first time last night and had an amazing experience! They started around 5:47pm and was finished by 9:29pm. I was highly satisfied with the service from start to finish. Everyone was so nice, welcoming, and reassuring, especially since it was my first time letting someone else do my hair. Two women worked on my braids at the same time, which made the process go faster than I expected. The shop has a warm and professional atmosphere, and you can really tell they care about their customers. I’m so glad I chose this salon and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!
