Malibu Nails Spa

I used to love going to this place, actually we were 5 people in my family that used to go, until this woman Jessica started giving me attitude for no reason, she yelled at me once because she was ready to collect the payment for my gel manicure and a pedicure while I was still washing my hands. This was not the first time she gave me attitude, she will not acknowledged I was there, even though I had made an appointment, she would give me dirty looks until I said this is enough!!! We are five people coming to the salon at least every 3 weeks, we were good tippers and we got this woman, so rude that we decided that it wasn’t worth it, she was t doing us any favors, we were bringing lots of business to them. I had such a wonderful experience at this nail salon! I will for sure be coming in once a mont! The staff were friendly, professional, and made me feel completely comfortable from the moment I walked in. The salon itself is spotless, beautifully decorated, and has a very relaxing atmosphere. My nails turned out absolutely perfect – the attention to detail was amazing, and they really took the time to make sure everything looked flawless.

This review is solely on one of the techs there named Jessica. Everyone is nice and friendly except for her. I don’t know if she’s the owner or manager of the salon but I used to be her customer for a long time. She always did my manicures, and then all of a sudden one day she completely turned on me. Stopping greeting me while she says hello in a very nice tone to literally every other customer that comes in EXCEPT ME. I don’t know what her problem is and I even expressed my concern to the tech that does my pedicures but still nothing. It’s super uncomfortable when I’m there and sad to say that I will have to stop going there because I really like the lady that does my pedicures.

Best customer service and clean spa facility. I highly recommend this place. I had gel X and manicure with spa pedicure and was very pleased with the service and attention. Did not feel rushed like other places. The attention to detail was amazing. You won’t be disappointed.

I've been coming here for about a year now, I always leave happy! They have amazing customer service. It is important however to have a standing appointment because they do book fast, meaning a lot of people keep coming back to get amazing nails, mani,pedis, etc. EVERYONE does great work, Tim, Jessica, Minh, Tina, Mailinh, Jenny and Ben! If you don’t come here you are missing out!! 100% THE BEST IN VALENCIA
