Malibu Nails and Spa Marcel Center - Nail Salon Conroe TX

I paid $65 plus tip for a French manicure and noticed several imperfections once I got to my car, uneven tips, and messy finish. I went back inside and they did offer to fix it. However, today was already a luxury for me to take time for myself, so returning another day isn’t always realistic. Expectations should match the price. The staff was polite and did offer to fix it later, which I appreciate, but I wish the quality check had happened before I left the chair.

The service here was a 10/10!! The manager and workers were so nice and friendly. I got a full set and basic pedicure. I waited maybe 5 minutes before getting seated and they started on both my hands and toes at the same time I showed them a picture and they gave me exactly what I wanted !! Definitely making this my go to spot !

Me and two other people walked in to get our nails done right around 2pm. We did not have an appointment, but they got us in quickly and it seemed like all was going to go well. We had something we had to go and do by 6pm. So around 4pm, after two hours of us getting started and barely even getting one set of nails done, one of my party members asks about how long they think it might take. The lady that got asked this had a horrendous attitude problem. I never caught her name, but it’s the bigger girl that stands behind the counter and walks around checking up on everyone else’s stations. We had an amazing experience at this nail spa! My daughter’s nails turned out absolutely perfect and so elegant — exactly what she wanted. Mylinh was gentle, patient, and incredibly kind throughout the entire appointment. We felt so comfortable and pampered.
