Malden Nails

I came in around 4pm on a Friday, there was no one just the owner and some random guy on a computer. She started drilling my gel polish off and was burning my fingers from so much drilling. Then called another lady to come in and do my nails, when the lady arrived she just sent me away telling me to go sit over there and handed me the soaking dish to take myself. The lady who did my nails was very nice but she could use a bit more training with skill. She did my dip manicure and i can’t say I’m happy, the next day it all started lifting and you can tell the dip is overlapping my cuticles, and let’s not mention the paint work

How do i ask for a gel manicure and i get the most awful service? How do i pay 20$ for some nails with no color and just a clean up that was done in the most unprofessional way listen i will never switch my nail tech ever for anybody no matter if i dont have time like today. Its was awful and i do feel bad making this review but it gatta be done because this is unacceptable! Unprofessional

She is the best ‘! I always have great experience with her . She is professional, kind , treat you with respect. I love going to her . You should check her out . Her price are affordable.

When I asked for the rate of Mani Pedi for myself, I was shown and told it was $25 and at the end of the service they said $25 is for kids and actual cost is $60. Mani Pedi done was of very decent quality and this communication about price was definitely a turn off. Will not recommend this place.

The service and attention to detail I received from Rose and her staff left me pleasantly surprised! Beautiful work !
