I used to enjoy products until I realized that the 1oz plastic bottles had 3/4 oz vs the 1 oz glass bottles! They have been skimping on product for years! Products are more expensive.....makes me question the efficacy/quality of ingredients as well! Update......... I opened these products to measure product in comparison to other 1 oz bottles so why would I send back for you to resale to another customer! Again another business doing dirty business!

Excellent products, fantastic customer service. I've been a customer for 12 years. And ever since then, I'll occasionally try other skincare products, and I still haven't found anything comparable. MUAC is simply the best. I highly recommend this brand/company. The owner cares and it shows.

Updated Review Aug/2024: I have been a MUAC customer since 2013 and have never encountered issues receiving orders. After MUAC learned that I had not received an order, they shipped me a new order free of charge. I'm very happy with their quick response to this situation. Their high-quality products helped me overcome hyper-pigmentation and achieve an even-toned face. I plan to introduce MUAC's products to family members battling hyper-pigmentation so they may experience the joy of having clear skin.

I bought some TCA peeling products and it was shipped to London very quickly and without issue. They have a friendly and knowledgeable customer service which responded promptly. The products are of high standards. I used TCA 18% for first time (I know never start with 18) it worked as expected, I'm now in my 3rd peeling and I see easily 50% improvement. Very happy 😊 they got a new client 🤙🏻

I wish I discovered their Mandelic Acid sooner. I promise you I have tried everything under the sun to deal with the skin issues wearing masks for almost 2 years has caused my skin. Nothing has worked with the exception of MAC Mandelic Acid. After 2 weeks of use my skin started to clear up and dark spots started to fade. I immediately ordered another bottle because now I don't want to ever run out. Magic in a bottle I tell you. If you are brown skinned and are afraid of stronger peels like TCA...try the Mandelic peel you won't regret it!
