She did take me last minute and stayed past 9pm just to squeeze me in for the trip I have I do appreciate that. However the service was horrible she complained the whole time. The hair was falling out. Poking out and looking bulky. Everyone at my work noticed how bad it looked. I only wore it one day I was in so MUCH PAIN. I asked her if she had to cut my hair she said no but then towards the end said she had to thin it out. I had thick short hair and now my hair is THIN & CHOPPY. She said she could make the hair work and stay late but if it was gonna look like this I would’ve saved my $450 before is me in the pink and after is me in gray.

Where do I even begin with how amazing this salon is? From the moment you walk in, you’re warmly welcomed by Tee, and the space is spotless and inviting. The owner is incredibly kind and makes you feel genuinely valued as a client. And Jourdan? Hands down the best nail tech ever. She’s patient, timely, truly listens to what you want, and is always on top of the latest trends. You can tell she takes pride in her craft. This salon is a whole experience — I can’t recommend it enough!

I had an Express Glo facial done by Ciania and when I tell you one of the best experiences I’ve ever had, I mean it! She was so gentle, but also very thorough. My skin has never felt so good. If you have the chance, I highly recommend adding a facial to your self care list when getting your services at this one stop ❤️.

Went in to get a Keratin Treatment and was informed to get a Brazilian Blowout (one of their new treatments) and also got a trim. Angela was my hairstylist. Asked her how much it would be and she said $320 (website says $275). Said it could costs a little more if she had to add more oz. An extra oz was $50 and she charged me for 6 oz plus $69 for a trim. She charged me over $700 total and my hair was not up to standard the next day. I feel like I got scammed and I know that I was overcharged. Called the shop and asked to explain the bill to me. The explanation was not efficient enough to charge any person in Indianapolis $700 for a blowout and trim. I will NEVER go there again and will NEVER recommend this place to anyone. They should be ashamed of themselves to charge anyone $700 for any

I had an amazing experience with Asia. She gave me a trim and deep conditioning treatment, and my hair feels absolutely healthy, soft, and full of life. 🩷 Asia was professional, gentle, and really took her time to make sure my hair was cared for properly. I could tell she truly knows what she’s doing and cares about her clients’ hair health. I left her chair feeling refreshed and confident — I’ll definitely be coming back!
