Owner Diana is rude, arrogant and unprofessional. She over books clients which causes long wait times and when you switch to another person in her shop she takes it personally and holds a grudge. She attempted a loc repair she suggested that I needed and when she’s called out about her poor work she blames the client for not sticking with her after flaking on 3 scheduled appointments. I will never set foot in her salon and will be sure to tell everyone about my experience.
The owner Diana was rude when I asked her a simple question. She charged $95 for just a damn medium length hair blow dry. She didn’t even wash my oil out. I will never go to her because of her rude and unprofessional response.
Just came back from there!! Absolutely amazing work! And the atmosphere was heaven! Diana and other the other staff were amazing!! Definitely coming back again
The place was neat and sophisticated.
