Majestic Nails

I have come to Majestic Nails every 2-3 weeks for the past 13 years and will never go anywhere else. I always see Chloe, but I have had many family members and friends join me and all of the other nail technicians do an amazing job as well. The owners are super welcoming and always assist with any scheduling issue that I may have. Super clean place and have all of the new colors as soon as they come out. I continue to get complaints on my nails and will recommend this place to everyone I know!

Made appointment for pedicure. Picked out an OPI color. She told me she would have time to do nails too and I ended up getting gel which is somewhat new for me. Shared with her that I was going away. When finished my nails looked cloudy and she redid a thumb saying I must have had it turned away from UV light. Paid $95 +20 tip. Within two days, color was changing and began to fade. Came back from vacation and called. They said it was due to sun/pool and they would put new gel over it. I went back and they painted over my nails and I had it taken off my toes. I was charged for that removal and again within a week the color was getting cloudy and faded. What a waste of money. Will not go back

Chloe is so precise and did such a wonderful job! My nails look beautiful!! Thank you so much, best nail job I have ever had! (I did 1 coat of Lisbon wants more 2 coats of put it in neutral Then the white is alpine snow)

Regular pedicure for $37. I guess they no longer put separators on toes (see pictures). Not really any scrubbing involved. Feet feel dry like I didn't do anything to them. I was going to get full set French manicure with acrylic done too but I'll go to a different salon. Price for that is $63 and I think that is too much without gel. To be fair, we are in Newton, the most wealthy area of Boston. Although, they could at least put a little umph in their work. Environment wasn't relaxing bc they have two televisions with same program on but there's a delay so there is an annoying echo going on. Manager or owner (only man there) is rude. He said I should have not waited til the end to tell them there was paint runoff. I told him I just noticed on my way out and I don't have time to fix it but

I got a pedicure there once that was fabulous. When I went back to get another one, it was terrible. The whole experience was really less than mediocre. It wasn't until I got home that I saw how poorly my toenails were polished. It was really bad and it didn't last either! Never going back there- ever.
