Majestic Nail Bar Rockwall

I have been going to Majestic Nail Bar since 2017 and I’ve never been disappointed with the service I receive from them. Kelly has been my manicurist for 3 years and she is absolutely amazing. The establishment is clean, well lit and beautifully decorated. I love taking my daughter with me as everyone is so loving towards her.

I always stop by Majestic Nail Bar when I’m visiting family, and it just keeps getting better every time. The salon is now under new ownership, and you can feel the upgrades right away—brand new pedi chairs, a wider variety of services, and they even offer designs and Gel-X now. My favorite is definitely the Jiggly Jelly Pedicure! It’s such a unique and relaxing experience—they use real aloe vera, soak your feet in the jelly, and the massage is so soothing that you leave feeling completely refreshed. Even with the changes, the quality of the staff and their work is still just as great as I remember—friendly, detail-oriented, and consistent every visit. Very friendly and good at what they do! If your a walk in, you don’t have to wait more than 5-10 mins usually. My Christmas nails cost 75, they are gel x a little more expensive than dipped.

I came in asking for “vacation nails” with no real plan, just something fun, and my nail tech created a work of art with Gel-X. She was so patient and skilled, and checked in a few times to make sure I was happy with the direction. I usually feel rushed or not heard at salons, but here I felt comfortable the whole time. I really appreciated that she gave me every chance to speak up. The salon itself is super cute, clean, and welcoming. The whole staff was friendly, and I also got a jelly pedicure with gel polish that was incredibly relaxing. This is definitely my new go-to salon. The experience was worth every penny! We went with tequila and lime nails :) look at that detail!

Very unprofessional experience. The salon knew there was no hot water for pedicures but still seated customers and let them wait without telling anyone. This is extremely irresponsible. If there is an issue with the equipment, customers should be informed immediately and given the option to reschedule or come back after it’s fixed. Instead, they continued seating people as if nothing was wrong. No apology, no discount, and no effort to make the situation right. This kind of customer service is unacceptable. Because of the lack of responsibility and professionalism, I will never return to this salon. I will be trying the salon across the street instead.
