Majestic Massage & Day Spa

Visiting from Boston, I booked a massage here for a little spa day with my mom and sister, and it was such a great experience from start to finish. The front desk staff were welcoming and professional, which made the check-in process smooth and relaxing right away. My therapist, Amber, was absolutely the best. I booked a deep tissue massage and left feeling completely rejuvenated. She was very attentive to pressure and areas of tension, and you can tell she really knows what she’s doing. Overall, the service was excellent from the moment we walked in until the end of our visit.

We didn’t have a great experience the first time, but the owner reached out to me on the same day and offered another couples massage free of charge. We had an INCREDIBLE experience with the owner, Laddawan and therapist, Michelle. Laddawan had me so relaxed. I will 100% be back next year. Hot towels, hot stones, mimosas, rose petals—We loved it! Laddawan got into all my sore spots and made me feel like a new person. She really seemed to know the muscle groups so well. Super romantic & relaxing. Special thanks to the owner for reaching out and being so kind & generous. Exceptional customer service, ownership, and a great business.

Not majestic. I received a massage here in Jan and it was one of the worst massages I’ve ever had. My back hurt so badly for an entire week afterwards. I felt bruised all over. I typically like a firm/hard massage, but the masseuse kept digging into the weirdest most painful spots on my backs, esp the bones. I’ve never had a massage where someone tries to push into bones. She did not know how to give a massage. I asked for it to be firm on the muscles but asked her to lighten up when it was on the weirdest spots. It hurt so badly I could barely breathe. Normally in a massage they might get one spot that doesn’t feel great but it was repeatedly happening. I also thought it was overpriced for not having a relaxation room or anything. I had a lovely massage and a facial there. The only reason I am giving it 4 stars is because I did not realize until I got home that prior to my appt, I called to make the appt because of a package I saw online, and was ultimately charged $41 above the online package once I got there. I will say the massage was so great that I was just in Lala land and handed over my card. But Id love for the staff to be more knowledgeable about what they are charging in person vs online. Next time I’ll walk in with the package screenshot on my phone because I’m sure it was an honest mistake. The package I booked is $199 online but I was charged $240. I did love the mimosas! Thank you.

My husband and I were celebrating my birthday this was our first couples massage and we enjoyed it. The staff was nice and accommodating and made sure we felt comfortable. We will definitely be back when we visit Myrtle Beach again.
