Majestic Foot Spa

Stopped by Majestic Foot Spa in Kokomo and had a great experience overall. I personally prefer getting my foot massage from the owner. He does an excellent job and really knows how to apply the right pressure without overdoing it. Every visit feels consistent, relaxing, and worth the time (when done by the owner). The spa itself is clean and comfortable, which makes it easy to unwind as soon as you walk in. There’s a restroom available, which is always a plus when you’re in for a longer session. The parking lot is spacious and easy to access, so getting in and out is never a hassle. Service is friendly, and the atmosphere is calm without feeling overly fancy or pretentious. This place is amazing!!! It was definitely the best massage I’ve had in a long time! I picked the one hour foot massage. Turns out, it includes pretty much the whole body with a face massage all for $40! The place was very clean and relaxing. Staff were very nice. I feel so relaxed and refreshed! Definitely going back again! Walk in welcome!

They are not trained. Only one woman there does the massage well. We have tried several times and I always walk away angry. Back and forth, back and forth is not a massage and pushing harder does not improve the burning sensation. The oriental massages used to be great. More money lesser quality.

I was off work early enough to come in to get a massage for my birthday. I always go here. I showed up at 6:45. They do not close until 9 pm. She refused to let me have an appointment. Told me to come back tomorrow. Horrible customer service
