Mai's Nail

This lady went out of her way to prevent people from parking on the empty lot that is her business side, I understand during normal working hours but this is around closing there’s no one there, the greediness of her is probably why her lot is empty even with her business open. Won’t trust this lady with my nails even if they were the nastiest fungal infection ones.

If I can give them a ZERO rating I would to . I went in to get my French tip a white color the girl with the short hair was vary rude when I told her the color was fated if she had a different color white she said no. If u don’t like u can leave . Never will I be coming back. All I asked was a question and she got so offended. Mind you she didn’t even try to get the French tip nice it looked thick and ugly and there was bumps . This place was horrible.

This has been my go to nail place for years. Not only is it fairly priced but it's family owned and all of the nail techs that work there are amazing and friendly. Mai always does an amazing job! I have tried going to other nail salons in Fresno higher end and other family owned ones and nothing beats the vibes of this place. It is very calm and relaxing and the price is the price no matter what design you want. Thank the owners for great service and great prices , Also customers who are reading this please remember to tip your manicurist!!

I got the best pedicure here! The elderly gentlemen that did my pedicure was professional, kind, respectful, patient and very detailed! He asked what I wanted done before proceeding, confirmed the color I wanted and took his time making sure every request was met. I have really bad dry skin and horrible callus, he was gentle and took his time, trimmed off all the dead skin and I left with beautiful, sexy smooth feet! No callus left at all! Amazing job well done. I made sure I tipped him really well after the pedicure was done. Will refer friends and family here and return when I need another pedicure done!

One time I was going to wash and go get my nails done so I parked there meanwhile she opened not even 10 min later she comes screaming in the laundry mat saying who’s car was it to move it !!! She said no nails u can’t park there 😂 I said I was but no no more Lady’s in there are rude doesn’t matter if we there 7am to wash early she will take anyone parking there plus she’s not even open at that time I come every week and see how rude she is even if I’m there washing all day I see no clients coming in for her to be fighting the parking like that !!
