Worse salon ever i saw on columbus. They told me to wait for a while to cut hair but later after 30 mins one of employee came and told me to come on evening time for service. Why they wont told me before wait.

it took a 3 hour wait to get my nails done all for them to look nothing like my inspo pictures. and my nails are lifting at 2 weeks and at 3 weeks the lifting is getting worse

My daughter treated me to getting my Eyebrows done because she wanted to pamper herself and I told her about Mai’s Beauty Salon.

After being skipped over several times I asked… because I’d been waiting over two hours for a simple service (brows) and was frustrated when Mai outright told me “They PAID ahead”! 🤔 so… it doesn’t matter what order you sign in? The list is irrelevant because if you PRE-pay you can expect to skip whatever line is waiting! I’d take my money elsewhere 💁🏽‍♀️
